“HERE WE GO SHOPPING”

The students of ‘OAKVILLE ACADEMY’, Mahilong, Ranchi had a hands on experience when they were taken to Reliance Fresh (Bahubazaar) for an excursion. The students were explained about the shop and the items displayed in the store. They were escorted by the HEADMISTRESS, Teachers and other supporting staff. Each child was shown and informed about the various items displayed. They were made to recognize many items so that they could relate information in books with practical experience. The students were also explained about the courtesies to be extended when they go shopping. While coming back each child did purchase a few items on his/her own. With the co-operation of the MANAGER and the STAFF of Reliance Fresh the trip turned out to be very enriching. The manager of the store had a quick round of quiz showing and asking the names of the items.
